Culinary Student's Noah's Ark Takes Second at 2016 Atlantic Bakery Expo
Annmarie Trksak, a 秘色传媒 Culinary student took home a second place trophy at the prestigious 2016 Atlantic Bakery Expo presented by the New Jersey Bakers Board of Trade and the New York State Association of Manufacturing Retail Bakers recently.Trksak鈥檚 entry, Noah鈥檚 Ark, was an ark shaped rolled fondant cake with pairs of fondant animals on the deck of the ark. Trksak鈥檚 prize included $200, a trophy and medal.
Trksak, from Holbrook, plans to complete her certificate program studies at Suffolk County Community College in May of 2017.
